What Can You Do With PatentWatcher™?

PatentWatcher™ enables you to:

• Search the patents and published applications databases of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office web server.
• Create searches easily by filling in a query form.  The form supplies database field names for you.  It shields you from the details of the server's query language while still delivering its power to you.
• Save searches so that you can run them again without having to remember them, re-enter them, or reconstruct them.
• Schedule saved searches to be run again automatically at intervals you specify.
• View hit lists (search results) in familiarly-styled and convenient Windows^® dialogs.
• Retrieve selected patents and published applications or all patents and published applications in a hit list.
• View patents and published applications in clean form leaving behind unnecessary graphics and other web server page elements.
• Save patents and published applications in clean form to any folder you specify on your computer.
• View the plain text of patents and published applications.  Copy the plain text to the Windows^® clipboard for pasting into other software.  Save the plain text to a file on your computer in RTF format.
